The Grounds at Ninety Thirty
Ninety Thirty at Rockland Estate is an inclusive venue when it comes to providing all of your on-site needs. From tables to chairs, we’ve got it covered. Our flexibility to bring in your own licensed caterer or food truck, and provide your own alcohol gives you the ability to ensure your big day fits within your budget.

Venue Fees
Our inclusive pricing gives you a one-stop-shop venue package that includes:
– Exclusive use of the Grand Staircase Ceremony Lawn, Bluestone Cocktail Patio, Rockland Front Lawn and all existing spaces. You like a space outside of our standard sets, we can make your vision come to life.
– Insta-worthy timber truss pavilion with permanent flooring, rustic brick walkways, and permanent lighting. This space can be heated for late fall events.
– All tables and chairs. Standard reception chair is black chavari and ceremony is resin white folding with pad.
– Plush Bridal & Groom Suites for getting ready and being comfortable with insta-worthy décor
– Luxury farmhouse restrooms
– 2 Hour Rehearsal prior to your big day
– Discount on all in-house rental items including farmhouse tables, bars, accent tables, boxwood wall, etc…
– Access to the space starting 48 Hours prior for drop off and preparation starting at 8am. Move out can be done the evening of your wedding or by Noon the following day. All items must be clean and clear no later than Noon.
– No vendor exclusives. Bring in the vendors of your choice! Although we have plenty of recommendations.
Rates are based on the seasonality of your date. The following rates are for the 2026/2027 Season:
- April – December: $7,995 (plus MD sales tax)

TIER ONE
DAY-OF COORDINATION
(Begins at 30-days pre event date)
Starting at $1,450
Perfect for couples who have planned their wedding and need a team of professionals to execute the day smoothly.
- 1 Virtual Planning Meeting
- Vendor confirmation and communication
- Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline for on-site operations including vendor arrivals, key décor sets, and important moments
- Ceremony coordination (processional, cues, rehearsal guidance)
- Wedding day management (full day)
- Point of contact for all vendors and guests
- Set up of all décor for reception, ceremony, and cocktail hour
- Management of timeline to ensure key moments stay on track throughout the day
- Thoughtful troubleshooting and day-of problem solving
- Includes Ninety Thirty event lead plus junior meeting planner
TIER TWO
PARTIAL PLANNING
(Begins at 90-days pre event date)
Starting at $1,950
Ideal for couples who have started planning but want professional guidance to bring everything together. Includes everything in Day-Of Coordination, plus:
- Up to 3 planning meetings (virtual or in-person)
- Assistance with final vendor bookings
- Design guidance (color palette, layout suggestions, overall aesthetic)
- Timeline development and refinement over time
TIER THREE
FULL PLANNING
(Services begin upon booking)
Starting at $2,950
Best for couples who want expert guidance from start to finish and a fully supported planning experience. Includes everything in Partial Planning, plus:
- Unlimited consultations and planning support
- Full budget creation with the couple and management of expenses
- Comprehensive vendor sourcing, booking, and management
- Custom design concept and mood board creation
- Detailed event styling and décor planning
- Wedding website and RSVP guidance
- Guest experience planning (welcome bags, transportation, accommodations)
- Full timeline creation from engagement to wedding day

Amanda McCoy
Owner & CEO
With 22 years in the special events industry, Amanda works with our couples to craft full-service wedding and event planning experiences. She focuses on thoughtful and intentional design development unique to each event, expert timeline management and vendor negotiations, realistic budget planning guidance, and an extensive background in production. Amanda works hand-in-hand with Chief Event Officer, Katelyn, to deliver unparalleled customer service, timely responses, and expert insights during the entire planning process. Amanda’s background spans wedding planning, full-service convention planning of events over 5,000+ people, and luxury special events throughout the country.
Katelyn Donegan-Smith
Senior Events Manager
Katelyn is a driven, detail-obsessed event coordinator at 9030 Wedding Venue, known for delivering seamless, high-energy wedding experiences. She brings a confident, take-charge approach to every event- handling the pressure, managing every moving piece, and making sure nothing gets missed.
